With a reference point in 1987, Eleoemporiki Gaitatzi begins its course in the fields of processing, standardisation and trading of edible table olives. From the very first moment, the love of its people for the olive and their passion for creating a large and delicious variety of products from this precious fruit, transformed into a constant search for the assurance of the top quality, but also in the development of a wide variety of products, based on both the tradition and the modern taste trends and demands for home cooking, but also for catering professionals, restaurants and food services.
Thus, from an initial single variety in its beginning, today Eleoemporiki Gaitatzi provides its customers with products from every variety of olives that thrives in Greece, such as Amfissis, Kalamon, Halkidikis, Volou, Maronias, Mytilinis and Thassian Throumba, but also with various types of processes such as Sliced or Pitted Olives, Olive Paste, Confites and Stuffed with Almond, Peppers and other delicious natural products in fine flavour combinations.
Dedicated to the production process, Eleoemporiki Gaitatzi has invested in its modern facilities of 2,000m2 in the area of Dato, Kavala, where all the processes of selection, processing, preparation, packaging and standardisation of edible olive fruits are carried out, under the strictest safety and quality standards.
At the same time, the company runs its own network of wholesale distribution throughout Northern Greece, serving with privately owned trucks the wider areas of Thessaloniki, Kavala, Serres, Drama, Xanthi, Komotini and Lemnos, while also providing the ability of wholesale and retail sales to any region of Greece.
